Розглянуто проблему колективної відповідальності за подальший науково-технічний, технологічний, інформаційний розвиток в умовах зростання науково-технічного знання і техніко-техноло-гічної могутності глобалізованої техногенної цивілізації як фундаментальну проблему збереження біосфери й виживання людства. Shown that mankind should be a new way to think about technology and its consequences, by connecting technology and engineering activities in ethical and social responsibility. Displaying that ethic of collective responsibility is due to the collective human activity in the modern globalized information and communication world. Definitely collective responsibility as a variant of the new ethical project, designed to regulate the scientific and technological development. It is shown that the change in status of ethical responsibility due to the need to build a new ethic of collective responsibility in collective nature of cognitive and technical and technological activities. A new ethic of collective responsibility is intended to contain man-made risks, disasters caused by man-made activities of mankind.)
