Technological developments and the changing lifestyle of modern society, cause needs of nircable commuication being a vital point. Especially on the cellular phones that have great progress. Celluler phones that use GSM technology (Global System for Mobile Communications) technology and being the only one standard in Europe. GSM has network architectur that consist of MS, BSS, and NSS. Using Matlab software, which is one device that can visualize and also one of the developement tools to build applications in a Windows. Therefore, we built a calling simulation system on cellular phone that use GSM network. This simulation was expected to increase knowledge about the mobile phone network that have been developed very well.
