A distributor has some priority mobile phone dealers who make sales directly to consumers (end user). In fact, the purchase of priority dealers to distributors are made directly. Reports on the sale of mobile phones, will be written the priority dealer in a book which will be reported to the distributor. For that we need a service that can simplify the system of communication with mobile devices online and to use cryptographic data security Riverst Shamir Adleman (RSA). In this final project created a system of sales and bookings phone service on priority dealer where it was the interaction between server-based PHP with J2ME-based client. Data sent from client to server is encrypted using the RSA algorithm, then the data is decrypted by the server so that the data come back a form of data can be processed initially and to be informed to the client. Results obtained in this final project are a sales and service dealers with orders for priority uses RSA cryptography. RSA encryption method is a non-linear encryption method because the number of original characters and the results of the encryption process has a length or number of characters that is not the same. The time required for encryption / decryption RSA from client to server is 63 seconds to 149 seconds. Keywords: Cryptography, Encryption, Decryption, RSA
