Detection of a pH is needed in order to know the proper of a liquid to be consumed. During the time people do not know do not even care if the drinks are consumed is still feasible, or has expired. Most people still use the manual method for measuring the pH of a liquid, such as using litmus paper. Because not all people know how to measure the acidity, the necessary equipment mechanics model that can help ease someone who wants to know the acidity of a liquid. The mechanical models made so that the tool can detect the acidity of a liquid, in this case the fluid is tested liquid milk, juices and soft drinks by using the pH sensor. PH sensor detects acidity contained in a solution and produce resistance. Resistance is then processed into a voltage so that the processed digital data obtained through micro-AVR ADC port. In general, the design consists of electrodes made of water acidity (pH), differential, signal amplifier and a mechanical model. The method of partial line equation that is implemented in software on the microcontroller is able to reduce the reading error of water acidity (pH) to 3.63%. While for the automation of mechanical systems, after performing integration testing of the system obtained by the mechanical percentage of success can operate automatically for 70%.
