The present legal writing entitles the issuance of land certificate of ownershipudbased on bequest derived right to realize the legal certainty and preservation basedudon the 1997 government regulation nomor 24 in sleman. The present study aimudidentify and analyze whether the issuance of land certificate of conversion rightderivedudownership has realize the legal certainty and preservation for the holdersudof land certification of ownership based on the 1997 government regulation no. 24udin sleman. It is suggested that the holders of rigth on the land should meetudcondition stipulated in the 1997 decision of state minister regulation / the head ofudnationla land agency no. 3 proses can well performed and it presumably realizedudlegal certainty an preservation.
