The type of data used include the primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials.udTjan Bian Thiong cultural heritage can be used as a hotel by the owner of the building. Cultural heritage owner can utilize the building as a hotel with method development in adaption, for activities that are more present, not the demolition of cultural heritage that already exists. It is line with that regulated in Act number 11 of 2010.
