This research on the Restructuring of fund management of the Partnershipudand Community Development Program by State Owned Enterprises in Optimizingudthe Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility is a normative research.udThis research is aimed at identifying the implementation of the Partnership andudCommunity Development Program at PT. (Persero) Taman Wisata CandiudBorobudur, Prambanan & Ratu and evaluating the implementation of theudPartnership and Community Development Program through a Restructuring ofudfund management of Partnership and Community Development Program by PT.ud(Persero) Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko in order toudoptimize of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility.udThis research employed statute approach, conceptual approach, andudhistorical approach. It used primary law materials including: the 1945Constitutionudof the Republic of Indonesia, Decree of People's Consultative Assembly, Acts,udGovernment Regulations, other regulations under the acts, official records orudminutes in the making of legislation and decisions of the judges; secondary lawudmaterials including: textbooks on law including thesis and dissertation on law andudlegal journals, foreign journals, opinion of scholars, legal cases, and symposiumsudconducted by experts related to the discussion about the Restructuring of FundudManagement of Partnership and Community Development Program by State-udOwned Enterprises in order to optimize the Implementation of Corporate SocialudResponsibility; and tertiary law materials including: law dictionary, encyclopedia,udand so forth. Data processing and analysis of legal materials were doneuddeductively by drawing conclusions from a general problem t to the concretelyencounteredudproblems.udThe results of research and discussion indicated that PT. (Persero) TamanudWisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko had implemented theudPartnership and Community Development Program well. In practice, there was audproblem, namely non-performing loans of the partners. The restructuring wasudconducted by clarifying the authority and functions of each position in the fundudmanagement of the Partnership and Community Development Program andudrevising the SOP with due regard to the principles of good corporate governance,udnamely transparency, independence, accountability, responsibility and fairness.
