Bank is the main wheel of a country’s economic. With the presence of bank in a country, it brings a lot ofudefficiency in economic on that country such as providing an easy way of payment or others transaction. Internet banking enabling us using any kind ofudservices that provided by bank as long we are connected to the internet. Internet banking really helps and itsudexistence bring a lot of benefit and contribution for a country’s economic. Customers as the user of theudinternet banking service that provided by bank need a certain legal protection for their own security whenudthey using this service. In this paper, writer trying to describe the legal protection for customers as the userudof the internet banking service that provided by bank, whether the current law that formed in this fieldudalready covered the customers rights or not.
