Globalizationn requires a college education to be able to manage information well, so the information needs of each stakeholder can be fulfilled quickly and accurately. Currently STT Dharma Iswara Madiun seeks to improve the accreditation status by improving the quality and internal quality on an ongoing basis and make accreditation as well as the local aspect of the strategy to be able to complete with other universities. To obtain accreditation status requires a commitment from the assosiation (foundation), management, faculty, staff and students. One of his commitment is to improve the quality management of Information Technology. This paper discusses the analysis and Information Technology Strategic Planning in Higher Education with Zachman method. Zachman method selected because its characteristics are easily understood and applied. The final results of the analysis of the proposed plan can be used as a guide for planners to develop a strategic plan in the areas of information technology which can support the vision and mission of the organization for a period of 5 years, 90% have reflected what was needed institution.ud
