摘要

ABSTRACTudThis research examines relationships between working conditions,udfamily relationships, job satisfaction and work motivation of Myanmar seafarers.udSeafaring is a hazardous occupation and has to conduct with uncertain conditionsudand bad weather. Moreover, seafarers faced isolation, far from family and society.udNevertheless, the seafarer occupation is still in demand in Myanmar. Thus, anudonline self-completion questionnaire is distributed through social media touddescribe lives of Myanmar seafarers which focus on their working conditions,udfamily relationships, job satisfaction and work motivation. From this study, thereudare some conclusions after data analysis. First, better working conditionsudgenerates greater job satisfaction of Myanmar seafarers. Second, the better familyudrelationships not generate greater job satisfaction of Myanmar seafarers.udThereafter, work motivation generates stronger relationship between workingudconditions and job satisfaction.
