This study purpose to identify the components of SAP-LAP (situation,udaction, process, learning, action, and performance) and implementation SAP-LAPudanalysis in several divisions of the company. Researchers conducted interviewsudwith those who have an important role in the company is director, marketingudmanager, quality control manager, production manager, and engineering divisionsudby using a generic model of SAP-LAP.udThe results of this study indicate that SAP-LAP analysis can not beudimplemented in all divisions in a company. In the case studies conducted inudPT.YPTI there are 3 divisions to implement SAP-LAP analysis is the marketinguddivision, quality control division, and engineering divisions. The use ofudmanufacturing technology does not have a direct impact on improving theudproductivity of the company
