摘要

Engineering and construction contractor are typical project-based companies in whichudproject management is the core business competency in which project management is the coreudbusiness competency. However, in fact the project management satisfactorily, the objective ofudthis research is to optimize the resource allocation in ulti project management.udThe method used are Critical Path Method (CPM) and sensititivity Analysis, CPM isudchosen to optimize the labor allocation and sensitivity Analysis is used to find the post optimumudsolution among alternatives. The object of the research is CV Madya Karya, a small projectudbased company that provides building construction service.udSome conclusions have been inferred: (1) The critical resource is labor; (2) The optimaludsolution for project III is third solution; (3) There are five board steps to optimize laborudallocation in multi-project management. A flowchart of general steps has been developed also toudsolve similar problem
