Labor rights are to be protected.udSince the enactment of Act No. 24 of 2011 about BPJS that replaced the Security ActudNo. 23 of 1992 about Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja. Labor workforce alreadyudprotected and guaranteed by the State. The research was implemented due to theudexistence of the Law Number 24 of 2011 about BPJS in Gardena Department storesudand supermarkets, are expected from this research to find out how theudimplementation of social security protection in Gardena Department stores andudsupermarkets.udThis research conducted directly in the communities the primary data used in theudstudy of the law this is data obtained directly from respondents, secondary data inudlegal research is a study of librarianship or literature commonly referred to as legaludmaterialsudThe conclusions of this thesis namely implementation , information obtained by theudworker less complete and clearly showed that the Employment does not run the BPJSudarticlel 10 subparagraph g i.e BPJS authorities provide information aboutudSocial Security organisers to participants and the community These workers onlyudget information on social security only from corporate party i.e HRD Manager
