The purpose of this research is to know and to obtain the data about The Existence of Local Wisdom Tattoos of Dayak Iban Tribe in West Borneo Province after the Enactment of the Attorney Regulation No. Per.- 048/a/j.a/12/2011 about Procurement of Civil Servant Prosecutors of the Republic of Indonesia.udThe method used in this research is normative legal which is focus on the positive law. Local wisdom is something that is basically a good value, derived from the experience of living with nature such as knowledge, which is done in a certain way in the form of physical from a particular local wisdom and used continuously, which can be rationalized and beneficial to the present life. The Attorney Regulation adjusts the general prerequisite for Applicant of Civil Servants Prosecutor Article 7 point 1, 2, 3 Letter c and point 4b that forbid the applicants who have tattoos. Local wisdom tattoos of Dayak Iban tribe is getting worse with the requirement to not have tattoos for Applicants of Civil Servant Prosecutors. The Prosecutor should modify the content in the article related to the special requirements of tattoo ban for the applicants of the Civil Servant Prosecutors because it can cause injustice towards local wisdom tattoos of the Dayak Iban tribe and antinomy with the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.
