The environmental permit is a permit AMDAL or UKL-UPL for the protection and management of the environment as a prerequisite obtain a business license.udBased on the above background of writing, the formulation of the problem is how the UKL-UPL role in the control of environmental issues relating to the construction of hotels in the city of Yogyakarta and whether the problems encountered in the control of environmental issues relating to the construction of hotels in the city of Yogyakarta.
