This research is aimed to know (1) the effect of Mini Bank LaboratoryudManagement towards Students’ Understanding Basic of Banking in SMK N 1udPengasih (2) the effect of Customer Service Skill on Banking Skills towardsudStudents’ Understanding Basic of Banking in SMK N 1 Pengasih (3) the effect ofudRecording Financial Transactions Skill on Banking Skills towards Students’udUnderstanding Basic of Banking in SMK N 1 Pengasih (4) the effect of MiniudBank Laboratory Management, Customer Service Skill, and Recording FinancialudTransactions Skill toward Students’ Understanding Basic of Banking in SMK N 1udPengasih.udThis research used quantitative approach and the type of this research was audcausal comparative. This study was population research wich population were alludof students class X that consist of 32 Students from class X AK1 and 32 studentsudfrom class X AK2 in SMK N 1 Pengasih. Data Collection Technique useudQuestionnaire and test. Then Data Analysis Techniques were simple regressionudand multiple regression.udThe results of this study were: (1) There was a positive influence of MiniudBank Laboratory Management (X1) on Students’ Understanding Basic of Bankingud(Y) by rx1y = 0,729; r2x1y = 0,532; tvalue=8,327; ttable=2,001 and 5% of significantudlevel, (2) There was a positive influence Customer Service Skill (X2) on Students’udUnderstanding Basic of Banking (Y) by rx2y = 0,669; r2x2y = 0,443; tvalue=6,698;udttable=2,001 and 5% of significant level, (3) There was a positive influence ofudRecording Financial Transaction Skill (X3) on Students’ Understanding Basic ofudBanking (Y) by rx3y = 0,453; r2x3y = 0,205; tvalue=3,969; ttable=2,001 and 5% ofudsignificant level, (4) Mini Bank Laboratory Management, Customer Service Skillsudand Recording Financial Transaction Skill together had a positive effect onudStudents’ Understanding Basic of Banking by ry3(1,2,3)=0,814; r2y1(1,2,3)=0,662;udFvalue=38,592; Ftable=2,761.
