STUDI KASUS ANALISA PERBANDINGAN BIAYA KONSTRUKSI PEKERJAAN BETON BERDASAR SNI 2002 DAN SNI 2007 PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG KANTOR PENGADILAN AGAMA YOGYAKARTA

Dalam perencanaan estimasi biaya diperlukan ketelitian dalam menghitung danudketepatan dalam menentukan indeks suatu metode. Pada tugas akhir ini bertujuan untukudmengetahui keefisienan dari segi harga antara metode SNI 2002 dengan metode SNI 2007udkhususnya untuk pekerjaan struktur beton. Diantaranya untuk mengetahui selisih perbedaanudbiaya pada kedua metode tersebut, untuk mengetahui item pekerjaan manakah yangudperbedaanya signifikan, serta untuk mengetahui analisa pekerjaan manakah yang palingudsignifikan membedakan.udPerhitungan estimasi biaya pada pekerjaan struktur beton menggunakan analisaudmetode SNI 2002 dengan metode SNI 2007, sedangkan untuk acuan harga barang dan upahudmenggunakan pedoman Standar Harga Barang dan Jasa (SHBJ) DIY, berdasarkanudPeraturan Gubernur DIY Nomor 24 Tahun 2009, serta dalam perhitungan menggunakanudharga penawaran kontraktor 2010 pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Pusat AkademikudUNY. Untuk memperoleh total biaya pekerjaan struktur beton diperoleh dengan caraudmenjumlahkan tiap item pekerjaan, kemudian hasilnya dibandingkan.udBerdasarkan hasil analisa diperoleh: 1). Besar biaya pekerjaan struktur beton denganudmetode SNI 2002 adalah Rp 1.725.489.669,00 sedangkan besar biaya pekerjaan strukturudbeton dengan metode SNI 2007 adalah Rp 1.649.937.965,00.Besar perbandingan keduaudmetode adalah Rp 74.142.253,00. Dari hasil analisa diperoleh bahwa metode SNI 2007udlebih efisien dengan persentase harga 4,38 % lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan metode SNIud2002, serta rasio perbandingan harga 1,05. 2). Satuan pekerjaan struktur beton per 1m3udterdapat perbedaan yang paling signifikan pada item pekerjaan foot plat dengan perincianudharga analisa metode SNI 2002 sebesar Rp 2.430.857,00 sedangkan analisa metode SNIud2007 sebesar Rp 2.260.260,00 dengan persentase selisih harga 7,02 % sedangkan rasioudperbandingan harga 1,02.3). Analisa pekerjaan paling signifikan membedakan terdapatudpada analisa pekerjaan beton cor konvensional analisa metode SNI 2002 seharga Rpud881.815,00 sedangkan analisa metode SNI 2007 sebesar Rp 719.549,00, dengan persentaseudselisih harga 18,40 % sedangkan rasio perbandingan harga 1,23.udKata Kunci: SNI 2002, SNI 2007, Biaya, Signifikan, EfisienIn planning the estimated costs necessary to calculate the accuracy and precision inuddetermining the index of a method.
