摘要

Abstractud The aim of this research study is to know the improvement of mastery concept of students grade X Elektronika Industri SMK Muda Patria Kalasan in learning Basic Electronic Engineering with cooperative learning of Student Team Achivement Division abbriviated to STAD based on students’ learning achievement and to know the changing of students’ active involvement in the classroom.ud This research is categorized into Classroom Action Reaseach Study. This research was conducted in three cycles in which every cycle consisted of planning an action, implementing, observation, and reflection. The subejct of the research is students of Elektronika Industri grade X SMK Muda Patria Kalasan. The data was collected by test, observation, field notes, and documentation. The data was analised by using qualitative analysis technique.ud The research finding shows that at first, students’ learning achievement decreased then increased. In the cycle I, students’ learning mastery was 65,71% (23 students), then it decreased in the cycle II 57,14% (20 students). Students’ active involment in learning process increased in every cycle. Students’ active involvement in aperception increased in cycle I (29,38%), cycle II (52,57%), and cycle III (74,86%). Students’ active involvement in the group discussion session increased in cycle I (33.33%), Cycle II (60%), and cycle III (81,9%). Students’ active involvement in the classroom presentation session increased in cycle I (17.71%), cycle II (39.05%), and cycle III (64.76%). Students’ active involvement during the implementation of STAD cooperative learning increased in cycle I (39.58%), cycle II (60%), and cycle III (86.67%). Based on the research result, it can be concluded that the implementation of STAD cooperative learning to the students of Elektronika Industri class X SMK Muda Patria Kalasan in Basic Engineering Electronics can improve students’ learning achievement for about 70% from total students and also can improve students’ active involvement during the learning process.ud Key Words : Improving Quality Of Learning, Basic Electronics Engineering, STAD Cooperative Learning.
