The research problem, which was stated as the central research question is: What strategies can multiple estates employ to be competitive?udThe research addressed three aspects of this question by considering the elements to which such strategies should be directed (research question 1); who should be responsible for the strategies (research question 2); and what should such strategies entail generically (research question 3).
