Proceso de intervención psicoterapéutica desde la perspectiva cognitivo conductual para la reducción de los niveles de ansiedad y depresión en mujeres víctimas de violencia intrafamiliar de la zona rural de Calderón abril- agosto 2016.

The following work postulates a therapeutic treatment that has been developed in the community of Calderón, made up of women victims of violence based on gender. They were evaluated with Test de ISRA to assess the level of anxiety and Beck Test for depression and, later, six participants entered a workshop to improve anxiety and depression symptoms.The paper contains chapters describing the context in which the research is developed, providing a conceptual framework of how gender-based violence has been conceptualized, as well as the cognitive theories of anxiety and depression. In this sense, this work aims to modify the irrational beliefs that will serve as a basis for the therapeutic process, which follows a behavioral approach based on the theory of Albert Ellis and Aaron T. Beck.In the final part, the results are presented pre- and post-treatment, with the description and analysis using Student's t-statistic, which confirm, through significant differences, the validity of the workshop when comparing pre and post treatment measures. Finally, recommendations are proposed in the approach to gender-based violence through this therapeutic methodology.
