摘要

This systematization of the accompaniment´s process with five workers` families of the company Grupo San Francisco had the purpose of experienced their situation in order to understand how the families` structure and dynamics interact with work performance.The family is considered as an open system in which everything that happens to a member of the system affects all the members of the system, even affecting the other systems with which it interacts. From a systemic approach, we made the process of companion with the family, and the interactions with the labor system are observed, to identify changes in the two instances, from the perceptions of a first order observer.It is evident that family structure and dynamics are factors in constant relation with worker`s development in the company; so when crisis in the family hit, it is evident that work performance declines, and it is manifested in written reprimands, attention calls, delays, absenteeism and customer complaints.With the companion to worker´s families it was possible to improve their work performance and a restructuring of the family core was achieved. In this process it is possible to recognize that the family and the company interact and generate a company-family-individual connection and therefore they must be seen in an articulated way.
