This work is focused on providing a entire solution to the energy problem in ruralareas, where conventional energy sources, do not come easily, but with availableresources by implementing technologies like the proposal, allow not only the energysupply, but contribute to the decontamination and consequent environmentalpreservation.In the particular case of biodigestion system proposed in this thesis, its performancewill allow provide the energy demand required for pasteurization of milk in cheesedevelop process, which since 5 years ago, is the financial support of a familyestablished in the community of Shanshipamba, that belongs to the SigsipambaParish, which is located in northeast of Imbabura Province.Design digester shall be based on energy demand and availability of existing organicwaste. Respect energy requirement, is desired the sufficient amount of biogas topasteurize 200 liters of milk, replacing the use of domestic LPG tanks. About theavailability of organic matter, will be used the organic waste from bovine cattle, usedto get milk, providing not only fuel production, but also the elimination of waste andobtaining biofertilizer.
