This chapter focuses on the collection of basic information elements, mechanisms and materials that will be involved in the design and construction of the machine metering seasonings (oregano and anise), will focus on the analysis of the plastic material and their properties to foodstuffs.Be analyzed metering mechanisms and drag to the rear seal and the elements that can be used to design mechanisms which form the respective metering machine.This chapter focuses on the design of the different mechanisms that shape the dosing system, sealed structure and motion transmission metering machine seasonings.
