摘要

We are well aware of the fact that the probability density function can beuniquely determined by the moment generating function in the form of Laplacetransform following the wellknown inversion formula by Levy. This property,we can consider, corresponds to the relation between the impulse responseand the transfer function in the field of linear control theory.In this paper,several practical methods of recording directlyt he probabilitydensity and cumulative probability distribution curves for the physical quantitiesfluctuating only in positive region are introduced by simulating the correspondingmoment generating function on the analogue computer in the form of the transferfunction.The experimental technique described in this paper are useful in the fieldsof statistical engineening, since the probability variables defined over positiveregion are fundamental quantities.
