摘要

Cellulose triacetate, which is made by the vapour phase method using ZnCl2 catalyser, may be dissolved in acetic acid.containing ZnCl2 and directly spun after or without dope-ripening. In this experiment, a market secondary acetate was dissolved into dope solutions and the changes of the degree of acetylation or poIymerisation during its ripening at constant temperatures were measured using 3 stabilizers.It was found that:1) the concentration of acetic acid should be more than 90%,2) the ripening temperature should be less than 35℃,3) as a stabilizer, Ca-acetate or Zn-acetate of 1/8 equivalent against ZnCl2 might successfuIly be used.
