Mise en place d'un dispositif de partage de connaissances dans un contexte de formation continue

Knowledge management is a phenomena growing inside organizations. The training centre in Therapeutic Patient Education CERFEP of the local state health insurance office CARSAT Nord Picardie decided to follow this movement by launching a project of knowledge sharing. This project is about sharing “pedagogical tools” which are documents created by the students and containing Therapeutic Patient Education knowledge. All along the creation of the system some questions related to Knoweldge Management raise such as : How to define knowledge ? How to gather professional expertise ? How to spread it ? We will describe the project context and the two disciplines at work : training and Knowledge Management. Then we will have a look at the different stages of the project and try to answer the underlying questions.
