This article is a case study of a company operating in the MTM (Madeudto Measure) industry. The main issue of this manuscript is the evaluationudand analysis of a company's intellectual capital in three main areas: humanudcapital, structural and relational capital. The starting point was the analysisudof the external environment, its opportunities and threats in relation to theudidentification of the strategic goals of the company. Against the background ofudthese considerations, key business processes and desired business success ofuda company that contribute to the achievement of defined strategic objectivesudwere identified. The article used the ICS (Intellectual Capital Statement)udmethod without going into too much detail in defining this method in orderudto limit the size of the manuscript.
