El análisis fílmico y el cine contemporáneo: ¿la era de la postmodernidad?

This article reflects upon the specifics of film analysis when in relation to criticism. It proposes itself as a vehicle of theoretical production, by means of the consideration of a methodology that will have the objective of dealing with parameters inherently attached to any film, in a context of perception and interpretation not exempt of a principle of aesthetic pleasure. It analyses thorougly some paradigms in the historical study of films having as a starting point the division in clasicism, modernism and the so-called posmodernism. It also deliberates upon the feasibilty of the usage of the term “postmodern cinema”, in basis on the breakdown of the canonical exercise of certain film structures, its breach through modernism.
