摘要

With the growth to the number of inhabitants of virtual worlds have also diversified the types of activities and interests of those within them. That's kind of parallel life suposse in many occasions the need for users to provide more resources to their avatars. There is a virtual product acquisition as land, objects, powers, characteristics, which in most cases have an exchange value. All this has led to the growth of an economy to meet the need of those virtual citizens. So, as in any pioneering activity, initial conflicts arise especially from the hand of a profound asymmetry in socioeconomic differences between producers and consumers, as well as the stresses of a labor market absolutely imbued with the flow of information markets. This paper analyzes the development of a labor market that is surely the most virtual of all because in many cases developed by avatars working for others. In this sense the specific objectives to understand the functioning of these environments in the interaction design of the container, the activities of actors and exchange processes that occur in them as virtual scenarios.
