The researches made in this report were carried out in order to answer this problem: Where are the children literature's boundaries which are not precise but important to consider being teacher and above all in the choices of the studied books at school ? On the first hand, we have determined the theoretical stakes of the issue. That is the reason why we have firstly defined the concept of boundary between childhood and adults' world to see how we could establish a precise limit between literatures of the both worlds. Then we focused our atention on what could be a book which oversteps marks of children literature and what could be interested for children. On the second hand we were interested in the three books in the corpus, written by the same author, Christian Bruel, and published during the eighties. Thanks to ceveral interviews with the author and other professionals it was possible to verture hypothesis which were approved in class with ten years old children. One of the three books seems to be an educational support even if the teacher has to consider some difficulties. Other books are not adapted to these pupils. Christian Bruel revolutionized children literature using the children book's form to show that a child is able to think by himself.
