摘要

The survey research that had been carried out is aim to identify the integrity level teacher in Penilaian Berasaskan Sekolah. It is an implementation based on Kurikulum Standard Sekolah Rendah (KSSR) and identify to have assessment of current teacher integrity difference pupil based on experience teaches and also based on KSSR. A total of 70 primary school teachers in four schools around Tampoi, Johor Bahru had selected in this research sample. Through this study too, researcher explain the meaning of integrity in education context and pupils evaluation based on KSSR. Researcher also elaborated effective teacher features, which become pillar in practice integrity during the evaluation. This study obtained through question items in questionnaire form built by researcher. All data processed and analysed use the Statistic Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 17.0. This research also showed the integrity level of the primary school teachers during the evaluation was at a high level (mean=4.44). Researcher also found that the teachers integrity problem were also high(mean=4.20) while effort to increase integrity in implementation school-based assessment also readiness given exposure on integrity in teaching profession. Researcher also stated a few proposals and improvement proposals for teachers, school administration, legistator education policy and time researchers to comea further stabilize KSSR implementation effectivess.
