Abstract. Presents the MICMAC and MACTOR prospective analysis study in an operational area which looks for world-class management with reference to the concepts of lean manufacturing. The results of a qualitative analysis and his conclusions are presented. Resumen. Se presenta el estudio de análisis prospectivo MICMAC y MACTOR en un área operativa que busca una gestión de clase mundial haciendo referencia a los conceptos de la manufactura esbelta. Se presentan los resultados de un análisis cualitativo prospectivo y sus conclusiones.
