摘要

This study aims to clarify differences in diagnosis and countermeasures of children with problems of mental health according to the licenses of Yogo Teachers. We carried out a questionnaire survey targeting Yogo Teachers in Niigata Prefecture and received answers from 651 subjects (response rate: 69.4%). After removing data with missingvalues, we conducted exploratory factor analysis and extracted the following factors: coordination; a Yogo Teacher’s diagnosis and countermeasures; relation with children; expertise; and uniqueness. Our test on mean differences according to the licenses of Yogo Teachers, the subscale scores of “expertise” and “uniqueness” of the group with nurses’ licenses were significantly higher than the group with teachers’ licenses. We also conducted simultaneous analysis of several groups based on a model which we prepared by covariance structure analysis and examined the differences in diagnosis and countermeasures by Yogo Teachers according to their licenses. Our examination clarified that Yogo Teachers with teachers’ licenses weigh “relation with children”and those with nurses’ licenses emphasize “expertise” when “making nursing diagnosis and countermeasures children”.
