The trouble among the Elderly Users in a Day Care Facility : A Study on the Trouble and Counter Measures

摘要

The aim of this study is to analysis the cause, the present condition, and the counter measure on the trouble in a day care facility, such as users’ dispute, have been grasped, and it aimed to find the better care method.　Interview and the questionnaire carried out.　The “cause of trouble”,“measures when trouble occurs”, “method of preventing trouble”, “relation between trouble, and care degree and dementia”, and “relation of the after that of the users which caused the trouble” were obtained from results of investigation. Moreover, it turned out that many troubles by the words of a user with the low degree of care arise. Controlling the trouble at preventing it is each institution tried the method corresponding to a trouble, and communication, an improvement of environment, were clarified with it being effective
