Some Considerations on the Contents of Drawing and Writing of 'Houki-no-kuni Yonago Jou Mawari Ezu' in the Collection of the General Library Attached to Tokyo University

摘要

This paper deals with the contents of drawing and writing of "Houki-no-kuni Yonago Jou Mawari Ezu" (the thinking map as the oldest in the maps of the castle and castle town of Yonago) in the collection of the General Library Attached to Tokyo University. As the result of this considerations, the important points areas follows: (1)This map can the thinking of scale-down copy of "shoho shiro ezu" (the maps of castle and castle town compiled by the order of the tokugawa shogunate, 1644) (2)The date of this map supposed to have been drawn up during 1645～1656.
