摘要

This research has shown the structure ofsupporting the returnee students’maladaptationin the school. However there are many factorssurround them but the research has focused onthe relationship between teacher and returneestudent. From the survey, 4 factors of returneestudents’conscious on the maladaptation werefound. Moreover, it suggested that the teachersare not aware of returnee students’problems occurin the school. As a result, we investigated that itis due to the lack of the teacher’s knowledge andexperience of education to the returnee student.According to the structure, we concluded that it isnecessary to enhance the teachers’knowledge onreturnee students’problems to improve the qualityof education toward them.
