Complete oriented surfaces with non-positive Gaussian curvature and constant mean curvature in the unit 3-sphere

In this paper, we study the rigidity of surfaces in the unit 3-sphere with constant mean curvature. Under the condition that the surface is complete and has non-positive Gaussian curvature, we see that the surface must be flat and locallv the standard product of circles.
