School counseling in so-called“ troubled” school :Systemic consideration of relationship between intervention 　to the school and the individual educational counseling.

I reported the systemic school counseling carriedout at so-called "troubled" junior high school. Theschool counseling was classified into the interventionto a school and individual educational counseling."Advice about the change of the school life structure"for the purpose of the change of time structureand the classroom structure", "advice about thestudent guidance system of the zero tolerance"for the purpose of controlling the psychologicaldistance between a teacher-student relationshipand "introducing of the WOWW approach" for the purpose of applying the viewpoint of the teacherto the healthy communication between studentsbased on the concept of "the exception" werecarried out. As a result, it was indicated that achange of the psychological distance and a changeof communication between teacher and student. In4 educational counseling cases performed in parallel,a change of expressive style of problem behaviorby the student and a change of instruction methodby the teacher were observed with progress ofthe intervention to a school. For these results, Iconsidered it from the viewpoint of systems theoryand discussed it about relativeness between systemsconsultation and educational counseling.
