Directions of organization‘s transformation into intellectual organization : review of social and intellectual capital theories

conomically strong states or those which seek for economical break-through, states promoting activity of innovative high-tech companies and emphasizing the importance of intellectual business, are more linked to scientific research of social transformation process and search for models of improvement. On a world scale, analysis of social capital structure and expression, performed in different continents, serve as firm foundation for research of intellectual, precipitate human capital for identification of organizational changes and processes of internal transformations. The aim of this article is to reveal the perception of theoretical knowledge and to highlight the directions of organization’s transformation into intellectual organization while performing the review of social and intellectual capital theories.
