A Different Approach to Implementing PHM Based RCM

The introduction of PHM based RCM has been aslow process and may be too big a step to be achieved in asingle bound. We need an incremental way forward thatdeploys the elements of RCM founded on PHM such thateach step is self-financing and lays the foundations for thenext stage of deployment leading to a finished system andprocess.
