Practical application of Petterssen's kinematical and dynamical principles to the movement of pressure systems and fronts in the United States including deepening and filling

The object of this study is to investigate the practical applications of the principles developed by Dr. Sverre Petterssen in "Kinematical and Dynamical iroperties of the Field of Pressure,with Application to veather Forecasting". In addition an endeavor will be made to demonstrate the use of this method in studying the movements of West Indian Hurricanes as they approach the United States.
