Accuracy of a procedure for computing lower confidence limits on system reliablilty for various failure distributions.

摘要

A statistical model for obtaining a lower 100 (1-a)% confidence limit on system reliability was developed for the Department of Navy Special Projects Office in May 1965. This method is part of NAVWEPS OD 29304. The accuracy of this model is examined by computer simulation for various failure time distribution. The simulation results are presented and discussed.
