The titles of the 17 sessions and the 6 invited lectures aresummarized in the introduction. Concerning the content of the 191presented papers, only the ones referring to toroidal confinement,laser produced plasmas, collisionless shocks and turbulent heating arereviewed in this report, as for example: papers presented by the Russianparticipants on particle confinement, energy balance, ion and electronthermal conduction, anomalous resistivity, current diffusion and skindepth in tokamaks.
