This paper presents a simulation platform forcontrol and monitor the Electric Vehicle charging process,based on existing power distribution limitations andMicrogeneration capacity. The goal of this research is tosimulate the energy consumption and their unexpectedbehavior, using past experience and taking into accountdistribution network and home power limitation to find anintelligent charging pattern. This paper proposes a novelapproach for this problem based on a simulation platformwhere stochastic process is adopted to perform unexpecteduser behavior. This simulation platform can be used todetermine the capability of the actual electrical distributionnetwork for supplying energy to the final consumers and forcharging the bank of batteries of electrical vehicles, which canoccur simultaneously.
