In the title compound, C11H8udCl2udN2udOS, the mean plane of theuddichlorophenyl ring is twisted by 72.4 (1)�udfrom that of theudthiazole ring. In the crystal, molecules are linked via pairs ofudN—H���N hydrogen bonds with an R2ud2ud(8) graph-set motif andudweak C—H���O interactions, forming inversion dimers whichudstack along the c-axis direction.
