摘要

This research aim to determine the shape, constraints and solutions planting of hard work and self-contained character on domestic industry employees cashew nuts production in the Tanjungsari village, Jatisrono subdistrict, Wonogiri district in 2015. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Subjects in the research consists of the owners and employees of domestic industry cashew nuts. The object of this research is the planting of hard work and self contained character on employees household industry case study on household industries cashew nuts production in theudTanjungsari village, Jatisrono subdistrict, Wonogiri district in 2015. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation. Test the validity of the data used is through triangulation of sources and data collection techniques. The data analysis interactive model application through data collection, data reduction, dataudpresentation, and conclusion. The results of this research indicate that the shape of the character cultivationudof hard of hard work independently on household industry employees cashew nuts production that is through activities that exist during the production process of making the casew nuts. During the process of producing cashew nuts will grow some attitudes that support the hard work of good behavior of business owners and employees. Contraint planting of hard work and self-contained character stems from the owners and employees. Employees work playfully, lack of supervision led to employees working offhad, stock preparation accumulate and not worked by employees. The solution of each problem in instilling character and hard work independently on household industryemployees cashew nut production in theudTanjungsari village, Jatisrono subdistrict, Wonogiri district in 2015 tried to do the owners and employees. Own industry provides ample work space and convenient for employees in the work, as wll as employees help each other sort out the cashew nuts are good quality and bad quality.
