The effort to optimizing the distribution of Zakat, Infaq, Shodaqoh (ZIS) funds, to make it easier for owners of the funds to deliver their wealth to the peoples who need, with concerned of transparencies and accountabilities. One of the ways that can be done is to apply the information system, in hope, the use of these technologies can accommodate of trust in the process of distribution and use of funds. The expected form of information systems is a platform, in the other word is a “Web Store” for the owner of the funds and those who need the funds to be interconnected. Steps to make this information system begins by analyzing the actual system, then the design process using the method of system design and website application design, and completed by analyzing the designed system. System design using a few tools of design such as standard operating procedure, system flowchart, context diagram, dekomposisi diagram, data flow diagram, and entity relationship diagram. Web application design consist of interfaces design, and databases design. Results revealed that the information system which has been designed is more efficient and effective than system currently applied at amils or philanthropies.
