The object of this study how the use of the accuracy work in pair in teaching speaking for English Teacher.udThe data were collected by using observation, interview, and documentary. Data processing in this study is divided into three phases: Data reduction, Data display, Conclusion Drawing/Verifications. Then all the data are analyzed descriptively, qualitatively, and concluded inductively.udThe result of this research states that the kinds of types work in pair technique that the teacher used in teaching speaking at ninth grade students are: retell the picture, role play, and conversation. And the result showed the use of work in pair technique can significantly enrich the students speaking abilities. From it the writer found that to have good achievement in speaking it should be practiced. What the researcher did in this research is observing pair work technique to make their speaking skill better.
