A variation of the stationary charge in controlled environmentud(SCICE) technique was used for the first time toudinvestigate the influence of two reducing agents on theudrate and mechanisms of reduction of Mamatwan manganese ore ,udthe resistivity of the charge and the processes that takeudplace in submerged-arc furnaces for the production of highcarbonudferromanganese.
