In order to embed for transparent skeletal specimens in a biological laboratory work, the utilization of three types of plastics, polyester, acryl and epoxy resin were compared. As a result, the polyester type resin was chosen because of hardening stability and low exothermic reaction. In a laboratory work, participants made transparent skeletal specimens of mouse and observed the skeletal structure. Some applicants embedded those specimens in a resin. Then, the utility of transparent skeletal specimens in a biological laboratory work was discussed.
